FEELING STRESSED?
All of us feel stressed and overwhelmed at times. There are all kinds of issues that make us anxious, upset, even depressed. And we often feel alone. Well, you're not!
Remember, everybody has stress from time to time. When you feel overwhelmed talk to a friend, a family member or your teacher, your guidance counsellor, a church leader, a police officer, a social services officer or another adult you can trust. Don't keep things in. Talk it.

So, dont keep it all inside. Share it. Talk it. Take charge of it. Deal with it. You're not alone. Not in anything. People are here to help you.
